Dr. Rachwitz's Care Philosophy:

Our goal is to exceed your expectations. That means we will make your pet's health care experience as stress-free, pain-free and as educational as possible. I'll explain every recommended procedure and its expected outcome in terms of prognosis and treatment.

I like to give people as much information as possible so they can make an educated decision about the care of their pets. I also try to offer at least three levels of care – or three options – for every situation, so we can best meet the needs of people with all levels of income.
